Most prescriptions are sent electronically to your pharmacy at the time of your visit. If you have a co-pay for your medication, that will be assessed at the pharmacy at the time when you are picking up your prescription.
We are unable to accept prescription refills over the phone. Please plan ahead by calling your pharmacy to request a refill BEFORE you run out of medication. Your pharmacy will then send us a request with your medication name and dosage. Your provider will then review the request, and a response will be sent back to the pharmacy. It may take 24 to 48 hours for your prescription to be ready. The phone number for your pharmacy is located on the medication container label.
